The Girl Scout Birthday Bash at Camp Trico has been postponed until March 26, 2022. The event will take place from 10am-2pm. Girls will create SWAPS and trade them with their Girl Scout sisters! Also, Girl Scouts will collaborate on an art project, eat birthday cake, eat dinner, and sing songs over the campfire. Girls will bring one SWAP that represents their troop for the SWAP wall and earn the 110th Birthday Patch! You can find more about the event here. |

Girl Scouts are Invited to Take Part in the 110th Birthday Art Challenge! | | Girl Scouts are invited to share in the Girl Scout Birthday Challenge by submitting a 3x5 index card (or a piece of cardstock cut to 3x5) of any color, and creating a drawing (can be birthday cake, candles, 110, Girl Scouts, trefoil, party hat, etc) to celebrate Girl Scouts' 110th Birthday! Get creative and make it colorful!
On the back of the card write your name and Girl Scout Troop. The cards will be assembled to create a collaborative piece of art in celebration of the 110th birthday. The 110 will then travel the council at events. Cards can be submitted to your nearest service unit or council office. |

Girl Scouts can dress like their favorite Superheroes and promote Hometown Heroes with their favorite guys while at a booth March 25th – April 3rd. Girls can upload a photo of themselves or their troop at a booth for a Superhero Patch! |

Girl Scouts Can Launch into STEM Fest on April 23rd! | | Girl Scouts will be able to launch themselves into Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math as they participate in many hands-on activities provided by Community Partners at STEM Fest . Here is a sample of exhibitors attending this year: Alabama State Parks, Fresh Water Land Trust, Space Camp, Society of Women Engineers, and Women in Defense. There will be an expo with stage demonstrations throughout the day. This event is $10 per girl and includes patch, snacks, and take-aways. Adults and Leaders are free! STEM Fest will be held on April 23, 2022 from 9am-1pm at Calhoun Community College near Decatur, Alabama. You can find more information here. |
