| GSNCA's Celebrations of Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award Girl Scouts Last month, GSNCA celebrated over 160 Girl Scouts who earned either their Bronze Award or Silver Award. These girls gave over 5,000 hours of service to their communities while completing their awards. They focused on topics ranging from the environment, to shelter animals, to senior citizens, to foster children, to black history, to improving GSNCA's camps and service centers, to keeping their communities healthy during the pandemic. We are proud of these Girl Scouts for working so hard to make a difference in their corner of the world! These celebrations aired live but remain on our Facebook and YouTube pages to watch whenever convenient. These ceremonies came after our Gold Award Ceremony in April, during which we celebrated all 16 of our newest Gold Award Girl Scouts. You can see the photos from that event here. |

| Troop Tuesday: Using Cookie Proceeds to Improve Camp! Girl Scout Troop 30840 completed a huge service project at Camp Coleman! They spent about $600 of their Girl Scout Cookie proceeds to redo the area in the middle of camp near Memory Lodge. They removed the old pond, painted the sign, landscaped the entire area, added mulch, and installed solar lights (which look suns when lit!).
