Thank YOU, Volunteer!

Discover Girl Scouts at Home!
On our new Girl Scouts at Home webpage, you'll find all the information you need on how girls, their families, and troop leaders can continue to participate in Girl Scouting at home or virtually until we are able to meet again in person. These are all available to the public—no Girl Scout membership necessary.

Visit the Girl Scouts at Home webpage for information on:
  • GSNCA's Virtual Programming
  • GSNCA's council patches
  • How to continue working towards a Girl Scout Bronze, Silver, or Gold Award
  • Ideas for community service projects during the pandemic
  • Troop Leader resources and training for virtual meetings

Tertiary HeadlineGirl Scout Travel and Troop Trips suspended through June 30
At Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama we take nothing more seriously than the safety and well-being of our members. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be of growing concern in Alabama, our nation, and the world, we will take all possible and appropriate measures to ensure girls continue to have a safe, fun, one-of-a-kind experience at Girl Scouts. We ask that members continue to follow the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health officials.

As a result of the uncertainty and ever-changing nature of the situation:

All Girl Scout travel and Troop Trips (foreign, domestic, and in-state) are suspended through June 30, 2020

If the situation changes, this date may be revised.

For questions or concerns, contact Laura Elliott at lelliott@girlscoutsnca.org.
