| | To all:
Once again thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through the Girl Scout cookie supply challenges.
Here is an update: - Adventurefuls – NEW UPDATE!! Beginning Monday, February 28th, troops can place orders for previously requested Adventurefuls to pick up from a GSNCA Office Cupboard closest to them. Troops should request the same number* of Adventurefuls that were entered for Initial Order on the “Booth” or “Other” lines. Troops should fill girl orders from digital cookie and catch-up cards** first, then use the rest for booths.
*Troops can request fewer but not more than the amount that was originally entered into eBudde. Check for an email from Sarah with your original order numbers. **If your troop did not place an Initial Order of Adventurefuls, but did fill out a Formstack form for girl delivery option, please contact Sarah at sstutsman@girlscoutsnca.org. - S'mores – We received a limited supply that have been and will continue to be distributed to cupboards. We are unable to order more S’mores.
- Toffee-tastics – We have a small supply coming on a reorder the first part of March. After our initial order and this small supply is exhausted, we will not be able to order more Toffee-tastics.
Here is information on the Warehouse Troop Pick-Ups:- Lambert Warehouse, Madison – Will not open until the week of February 28th for troop pick-ups. Refer to ebudde for days and times for pick-ups.
- Lambert Warehouse, Birmingham – Currently closed for troop pick-ups. Troops with pending orders at the Birmingham Warehouse will be notified to make arrangements for a pick-up at an alternate cupboard.
Please be aware of counterfeit currency. We strongly encourage troops to keep a Money Marker at booths when accepting cash. Should your troop find itself with counterfeit currency, you should contact your local police to file a report. Find tips to spot it here.
Again, thank you and we will keep you updated as circumstances change. |

| | | | Girl Scout volunteers are valuable assets and deserve to have their time and talents recognized! GSUSA's and GSNCA's formal adult recognition programs are designed to recognize outstanding accomplishments that go well beyond what is expected of the person in the position and reflect how the person's service exceeds defined criteria.
The significance and impact of Girl Scout volunteers cannot simply be measured in years of service but in the impact on the young women whose lives are enriched by the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. GSUSA and Council Awards Nominations are due March 15, 2022. Awards will be presented at the Volunteer Leadership Summit on August 27, 2022. |
